Group messages

Gentlemen how do I post a group message to all my members?

In the form of a NEWS. :) But only if you are an admin or a super admin.

I posted a news message an hour or two ago.  How long does it take to appear in peoples mail boxes???

Happens instantly. Response depends on when they read it.

To add extra SAs or Admins, go to Manage Members and update it. :)

The post has appeared in the 'chess news".  did all members get a message posted as well??

It should be (I used to be a group admin as well).

I ask because I myself didn't receive a copy.  Have to go to the group to read it.

I think if you post notes all the group can see it too.

Yes, if it has appeared in the group news, thne definitely all group members have received the message. :)
