Hi, why is that so? Game was too short to be rated?? What is that, is that my problem, that opposite didnt want to play more???

Your opponent resigned early in the game, or time ran out.  Since this has nothing to do with your skill level, or his, the rating system does not consider that game a reasonable factor for determining your score.  A rating is not a reward.  It is supposed to accurately relate your skill level in a number.
