Hello I have had abit similar problem though not entirely I have paid for a 1 month diamond membership for 11 euros, after 1 hour from payment I changed my mind because I decided the bonuses of a membership doesn't mean much to me so I cancelled and filled in the reason but now it's been several days, roughly 1 week now and I haven't got my money back why ? It is the first time I did it so it is according to Subscription Agreement, thanks in advance.
try making your complaint in an appropriate place. If you dont know. Scrol down. Click on 'help & support'. Then there click on 'contact'. From there i think you know what to do. :)
