Does any one know how to access our chess.com emails? I havce emails sitting there but I cannot access them at all. Please can anyone help. I have tried help on this site but its pretty useless.

Select Email in your My Home dropdown.

Just go to "My Home" and choose Email. A window should appear showing your email account, go to your inbox and double click on your mails to open them.

Oh, if only. thanks for the help, but I'm sorry I should have explained myself in a much clearer way. When I click on home and then email I get a page come up with a box stating

File download - Security Warning

Do you want to open this file or save this file

Name: parse.php

Type: unknown

From: mail.chess.com

It gives me 3 choice's. Cancel. open. or save.

if I click on open - I then get another box stating

File download

Name: parse.php

Type: unknown file

From: mail.chess.com

click on open and I get yet another box which states

This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel.

So now I am confused and lost.

I know what's happening, but I don't know why it is happening.

I have the same problem using safari. I use firefox when I want to access my chess.com emails. What browser are you using?

I use safari, firefox, explorer, google chrome, I've used them all..... but today for the very first time, and for some unknown and unexplainable reason it worked..... Hurray... so now great I have my chess.com mail .. wonderfull  thanks for trying to help....

my home..and email..I think..lol

Thank you for all your help, but I have found that by using firefox, I can get my emails thanks you....
