for starters, get a new keyboard where the CAPS LOCK works :)
secondly, have you tried Tactics Trainer and Chess Mentor?
USCF's entry rating is 1500, chess.com and Yahoo Games - Chess both enter at 1200 due to problems controlling the IT invasion.
chess.com's version of correspondence doesn't allow for time accumulation, nor speeds faster than 1 day. It's a different style, and correspondence generally takes some experience before you can hang in there for the time required to score the point.
