Hello Chess.com comunity i am IM Jose Gascón i send my information and two identifications ( passport and national ID) for the IM title confirmation, but i am waiting and i need the account to train for a tournament. How can i talk with an admin! if any admin read this please help me (sorry for my english my native language is spanish) bye bye and Thanks in advance.

If you look at that thread, you see he has sent his information in, but from the wrong account by mistake.

I ve already sent required documents my FM title to be veryfied at http://www.chess.com/members/submit_title_proof months ago byt still nothing happend!

I dont know why.Please solve my request.
