i'm not sure where to post this.. so i hope here is fine.. i used to be able to play here just fine.. but today, all of a sudden, i have trouble with my online chess.. i see the board, but i don't see any pieces.. i didn't change any internet setting.. somebody help please??

 

edit: it is still not working on Internet Explorer (where i usually play on), but it is fine with Mozilla.. can somebody tell me what's the problem with IE?? why a sudden error like that??

Posting this here is fine. :-) You should try deleting all of the temporary internet files (sometimes called cache) that are stored by your browser. If you are unsure how to do this, here is a tutorial: http://support.chess.com/index.php?_m=troubleshooter&_a=steps&troubleshootercatid=1&parentid=0

ok now it's back.. thx a lot for your help.. :) i cleared the wrong ones.. i cleared cookies instead of temporary internet files, that's why it didn't work..
