i have team and we have 100 memebers. how do i advertise our team to get more memembers. the team is called "on her majestys secret service HMSS" its an exciting team and we would like it to grow.it is a pain staking way to invite only 30 people a day and only having 1 a week join. Is there a way we can advertise?
Probably one of the more effective methods is to create some interesting forum threads that relate to both chess and spying, then subtly plug your group within those forums.
(Incidentally, have you seen the latest Johnny Danish movie?)
thanks i will look it to that. i have not heard of Johnny danish, just johnny english.
I was employing an alias.
yes sir jonny, the more the merrier, this serves also as an invitation for newcomers on chesscom to join hmss, for all newcomers i have played whether i lost or won you are most welcome to join our group her majesty secret service, hmss especially to those who are not members of many groups here on chesscom but still finding groups to join .see profile of jonny joint or benju l3 and click join team of hmss.thank you very much for joining us and for the group membership.
One way that I have seen done is to use a blog. People are always looking at blogs and will see that you are lookking for people to join the group.
