How do I quit/withdraw from a group?

    If you go to that group's page and look on the righthand side of the window content, you'll see the following block:

    Click the red X item named Quit Group. That should do it. Oh, by the way, there are some restrictions on this (e.g., you're the only person in the group, or perhaps the only SuperAdmin).
