i just created my mail @chess.com

how to check it

Go onto your homepage.  Just to the right of your avatar it shows you

My Messages:   0 new
My Email:   0 new   <<<<<<<<<<<<<

If you have email or just want to check out the email client, click on 0 New and it'll open your email in a new window.

(note - this won't open if you have a pop up blocker enabled)

I dont see "My email: 0 new"

Ok I checked for you .. this is what you need to do first

Go onto Homepage/Account/Edit profile

It says get @chess.com email address. Now what you do, is decide what you want yours to be. As long as no-one else on the site has it, it'll be accepted immediately and you can then start using it.

So for example, if you chose 123@chess.com  chances are high that someone else already has this one, as we have over 2 million member,  but if you chose something thats unique    @chess.com
the chances are very low that anyone else could have that.

It doesn't have to include your real name or your Chess.com username, it could be anything you want.
