I'm wondering what happened to the option to restrict the point range on potential opponents.  I'd rather not play players that are ranked really low, because you get virtually nothing for beating them.  Is the only option to abort the game?

There are 4 ways of starting an online game:

1. Play Now let's you set a rating range.
2. Start New Game doesn't offer you a rating range ... UNTIL you set Choose Opponent to Random AND click on Edit Filters - to reach the rating range option. (It is possible that Edit Filters is a premium-only feature.)
3. Open Seeks shows the actual rating of opponents who are waiting for a game.
4. On your Online Settings page, you can set upper and lower rating limits for both the challenges you make - and the challenges you receive.
