I have upload the picture 100x100 as png file, but not change.

Can you delete the old picture, so i can upload the new picture?

 the new picture is the same but with new text --> IOSC

is it possible to delete the picture?

This is a known issue, which we will fix when we can. If you've updated the picture then please wait; it will probably update after a day or so. It's a cache issue on our end.
