I can't make any move!

    I have a problem in my one 960 chess game. If I make a move it display ''Oops! The move you have made is not a legal move. Please make a different move." But I am sure the move I make is not a illegal move. How can I do it? I can't make any moves by this error. Please explain me anyone who can solve this problem.
