My current game:
Has my my 11th move as Qxc7 and I didn't input this move, how did this happen? I'm sure there is not much you can do about this, but I would like to know for future reference so if there is anything I did I can keep from doing it in the future. My game is hopelessly lost now.

You probably need to raise a ticket for this and send it directly to chess.com.

For future reference, the following type of data would probably be relevant:
Which browser were you using?
Were you playing on a PC - or a mobile device?
Which type of mouse do you have?
Do you have a wireless connection to the internet?
Did you click NEAR your queen?
Did you make a DIFFERENT move with your queen?
Did you open the Analysis Board?
Did you see the queen move happen - or did it occur while the game window was closed?
Should lead to the game.
I had the analysis board open on my phone last, but I didn't move my queen at all. I was merely looking at where she should go. Maybe a pocket move by accident?
