You have to complete more games without letting yourlself timeout.  As your number of completed games increases, the percentage of games that you timed out will decrease, eventually to the required level.

Thanks bro! i see what your saying. so i need to keep playing more games without any timeouts and then it will eventually balance out, so does it usually take a long time to get this timed out percentage to decrease?

depends on your total games played and the amount of games you timed out on. What ever percent it's at now, you have to play a number of games, win or lose, until the time out ratio is below 10%.

You've timed out in 11 out of 77 games. To reach the mandtory 10% timeout ratio, you need to complete at least 28 games without timing out (11/105 = 10.47% and it seems like the chess.com rounds that statistic to the nearest percent).

sooo.. for you, 11 time outs...out of 77 games...you need to play about 30 or so more games.  11/110 = 10%

 Rude much?

Daniel - Good luck with your twenty some-odd matches. If I didn't have so many games going on at the moment I'd help you out. Hope my "common sense" mathematics helped out. :P
