Whenever I play chess on my girlfriends laptop I am automatically logged out of my account and can't make my moves. This usually happens a number of times before I can take moves. Can anyone shed any light on this for me?
Clear the cache out, if I remember correctly this should work.
Thanks kco I'll give it a try!
Did it work ?
Hi kco, yeah it seems to have done the trick, many thanks!
Good to hear it that work.
Correction - it seems to still be happening. Does anyone have any other ideas?
Have you submit a ticket to the tech support ?
Nope, I'll go ahead and do that... thanks again!
btw what browser are you using ?
I'm using Safari.
