Chess.com is a rip off, Im getting all those messages free 7 day trial then when I click the link I have to enter my credit card information...

How do I play world league???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

After patiently waiting ive now grown impatient people say it started yet I dont even know where do I go or what do I do to jump in that tournament, Im already joined with team romania.

You are kind of making yourself look foolish in front of a lot of people.  You won't find a better chess site than this.  Slow down and read carefully;  I'm sure your league situation will work itself out.

I always get annoyed when a free trial asks for CC details too, but it still doesn't actually cost you anything if you cancel before the end of the trial period.  Hard to see how that makes it a rip-off.  Perhaps it's a rip off because you can't work out how to play world league, whatever that means.  If so i'm sure this polite request for guidance you have posted will bring forth answers.

I enjoy Chess.com enough that not only have I paid a few cents to play I have also upgraded my account.

I could be buying 10 diamond memberships now If I felt like, money is really not an issue here, why I wont give a penny is because I want to play World League and I dont know how and why give $ to someone trying to scam you and mislead you? yet I brought 2 people to this site. Also one incident I made a topic on offtopic about website business, a guy from chess.com messaged me that I get kiked out next time i do that

In my experience the customer service and community on this site is second to none. You don't have many grounds for complaint if you aren't already paying for the service.

So you're too dumb to work out how to do something or to send a message to a staff member asking how, and you broke the rule on spamming.  Yep, it's a definitely the site at fault.

Since someone has to spend money for this site to exist, I take it you will be leaving and not freeloading off others.  Sorry it didn't work out for you.  Bye.

I feel sorry for you.  Clearly you must not be understanding what I believe is pretty clearly spelled out.  This site is well worth the money.  I am waiting for Erik to call me to by stock in the company.  I would too....lol

This is a great site.  It is well adminstered, structured, has a great community, great training tools etc.  Take a step back, take a deep breath and try again.  Don't let whatever frustration you are feeling get in the way of your future enjoyment here.

It has always been:You do not get something for nothing,and it will always be so.If it is worth having it is worth paying for.Maybe not money...

 No you have to type in your number. They want you to give them your card number so you will hopefully either forget you gave it to them or it's too much trouble to cancel your membership. If they really wanted to give a FREE trial then they would do it without strings attached. 

Wait and listen to the replies to this thread and then ask yourself if you really want to be part of such a community.
