nope...I dont know what it is.  I think its her computer.  It seems there is color missing when she signs on the internet.  Like it is old or something... ?

You should have her try clearing out the browser cache/temporary internet files as this may help to correct any display problems.

If she's using Firefox, change it to a different server.  Like Internet Explorer.  Firefox won't show me all the pieces.  That was very confusing!
