I am having new problems with the loss of connection during a game. Is this my wifi? Is the other player disconnecting? what is it?  I am losing a number of games due to this. please let me know.  thanks  Sireebrall

If you're playing on a computer, next to your name, and your opponents name, is a thin rectangle that shows your connection with the chess.com game server. Red = low connection, yellow or green = fine.

I would recommend playing higher time live chess games if your connection is bad, and you can join a game once you reconnect & leave off where you were.
