Yes. I have used the app on my iPad Mini for quite a while with zero problems. Until a week or so ago.
Now the app "just spins" when I select "Back To Game List". Not always but quite often. Also, it "just spins" quite often when I Submit a move. The only way I know to get around this is to close the app and start over. Eventually everything works but this is very annoying.
Like bobbyp229, I have deleted the app, re-installed, etc. Nothing has fixed this issue.
The app crashes a lot immediately after a game, but what is this spinning you guys are talking about? Haven' experienced this.

The spinning is the typical "the device is doing something" spinning circle. But in this case it does not stop.
I am using iOS 7.
I have never experienced spinning on chess.com with iPad 2 RD and iOS 7. Is it something specific to your device?
I only get spinning on games like infinity blade 3 and that's rare.
I'm not sure if it is the device or not. It was working and now it is not.
I have contacted chess.com and they are looking into it.
Thanks folks for the responses. The spining occurs as soon as you make a move its a spining circle in the middle of ipad and it seems that it is trying to execute the move but can't. Here is the stats of my ipad Apple WIFI connection, Version 7.0.4 (11B554a), i0s 7.0.4 In my case I have used my ipad for chess.com for over one year before this started. Also, it seems to me it might be a new version of the app the one that now includes the clock when you launch it
Failed to say used Ipad over a year w/app with no problems at all.
I have an Apple Ipad (wifi) and every time I make a move during a match the app fails to execute. It just spins and will not complete. I tried to relaunch new app, reinstall ipad apps and still no Luck. Tech Support has been working on this now for a week with no progress. Anyone else having this problem.
