my chess boards aren't loading its awful!!

 i can''t even play anymore since they aren't loading, but i can't go on vacation thats wasting it and i'll get timed out!!!!

Sorry to hear about your issue, but we can get it fixed!

- If you are using Internet Explorer or FireFox: make sure you have JavaScript enabled. Then try hitting "control+R" to do a hard refresh.

If you are using Safari: unfortunately, the Safari browser does not fully support all JavaScript. You have 2 options: First, try FireFox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html) - it will work for sure. Second, try the latest version of the Safari browser (http://www.apple.com/safari/download/ - currently BETA version 3.0.3) - that will most likely solve the problem. Please let us know if you have further problems.

I've got the same problem, I already checked, JavaScript is enabled, CTRL R doesn't work... Any suggestions that don't include changing browser? Or is getting Firefox the best solution?
