I've been kicked from live chess

Hi, Mods. I've been kicked from Live Chess. I know why you did it - it was because I posted a message to someone using swear words. I apologise. I just got frustrated at yet another opponent, on the verge of defeat, simply abandoning the game rather than resigning or playing to a conclusion. I sent him a message advising him, in colourful language, not to be so petulant. I apologise for doing so. I never usually let it annoy me in spite of the irksome frequency with which it occurs. I won't do it again, and that's a promise. May I be reinstated please? My lesson has been learned. I'm really a friendly chap, honest! My annoyance, on this occasion, just got the better of me.

Let him back on. Ppl do that all the time and it is SOOOOO frustrating. I'm sure I've used a couple colorful phrases during online play in my time.

Swearing to tell someone not to be petulant.  Ain't that irony or summat?

You should ban people who just the time run instead of giving up.  I hate it.

It ain't irony at all. It aint petulant. Swearing is a valid means of expression. Just not here...

I'm actually surprised there aren't more threads on how annoying it is with players who instsamove themselves into a dead lost position, and then just let the time run out. Plenty of threads about omfg-some1-didn't-accept-my-rematch or qq-some1-didn't-say-hello instead :P

I was kicked from live chess for using profanity but this kid "onydom" left me a message calling me everything in the book because during a game that wasn't even a minute old, I had to answer my door and by the time I made it back my flag had dropped (time ran out). HE GOT THE VICTORY AND CURSED ME OUT FOR NOT RESIGNING WHEN I WASN'T EVEN LOOSING!!! I'm an adult with other obligations that may call during a game and should NOT have to deal with that kind of laguage.   ...as I should NOT have responded with that same type of laguage. I'd like something done to him and to be able to play live chess again.

Since you were foolish enough to respond in the same manner (profanity) is unlikely anything can be done. Learn a lesson from it for next-time.
