Hey,

I noticed that when you upgrade your account now, you just get a couple of hours on Chess Mentor.. This used to be 10 days if I remember well... Surprised

What happend? Why the drastic decrease?

This change was in response to complaints about the other method. The complaints were in regards to the fact that you could not determine when your 10 days started. They started the instant you got your membership. Some people did not realize that, or simply did not have time in their first 10 days of membership to use Chess Mentor and lost out on their time. Under the new method, you can use your time whenever you want, and the time does NOT expire due to disuse.

before it was 10 straight days and most people wanted their time spread out more. few people have the ability to just study for 10 days straight. :) 99% of people have been very very happy with the change. i'm sorry if it doesn't work for you :(

I see the benifit of being able to spread out your time, that's a big improvement.

But from 10 days to 3 hours, isn't that a bit drastic? Embarassed

Kind regards
