i've only play one game of live chess. if i keep playing, will it afect my online chess points

You have seperate ratings for correspondence chess and the three categories of live chess, so it will affect one of your live chess ratings (depending on the time controls), but it won't affect your correspondence chess rating.

oh thats good, so it means that online chess rating and live chess rating have no effect on each other or anything to do with each other

Just don't get frustrated about your rating if you care about such things. Some people have disconnections every once in a while and there's currently no way to rejoin a game once you've been logged out.
