My location is United Arab Emirates because I reside here, but as an Indian I would like to have my flag as Indian Tricolour. Is this possible?

No, unfortunately the flag picture will follow along with which ever country location you choose.

Since you don't already have an avatar image, why don't you use that space for your desired flag?

 Thanks for the support "mere" bhai. Imagine Viswanathan Anand joining chess.com one day and you find him playing under Spain's flag! For all Indians it would be blasphemous!
