I checked all my settings, and I dont understand why happens Surprised

Is there something to do with these games please??

i'm really sorry to hear that you have lost your games on time. that can be really frustrating.

as for the email alerts, we know we send them - we test it regularly. if your email host eats them as SPAM or doesn't deliver them, there is nothing i can do about it. have you added "alert@chess.com" to your safe-sender list?

also, this can be avoided with auto-timeout protection (a premium feature).

sorry! :(

Do not blame the alerts because you lose.  You play bad chess because you have 22 games in progress and you have no time to think properly.  So stick to 5 games and put your effort on these games. Then you will start winning also against good players. I usually wait for 3 days to get a weak/bad move from you.
