There is a major problem with this program. In my last game I checkmated my opponent yet my clock kep running. The opponents square would sometimes light up but no pieces were on them. Since my clock wouldn't stop I just took every piece on the board including his king but the clock kept running. Then I got a message that sadin had won aand his pieces magically appeared back on the board. Whites lst move before I checkmated him was Q e3 and I moved Qxpg2 mate. What is going on????? This guy is manipulating the system somehow and this a MAJOR PROBLEM. I expect a complete answer to this or a full refund.
TonyH
Ok I am really confused. Your opponent seems to have checkmated you in the game with Qxg7. My guess is that you somehow clicked analyze game or something really fast and the analysis board popped up and you kept moving. I have accidently clicked analyze game before. After Qe3 it is impossible to play Qxg2 since your queen is on c8 it would take two moves and the first one hangs your queen
here is the game

you not making sense here, I had a look at the game it seem fine to me.

Just posting something before moderator blocks :P
This is a forum. If have tecnical problems use a tiket.
And it is not nice to put peoples name on the forum and says they cheating.
I kinda wish they woudl keep a few of these forums around. it allows people to see that most of the problems are not really problems
but problem with themself, right ?
Well this Jim (OP) is his very first post, been here for 5 years and he is 65. Welcome to the Chess.com Jim.
Do you think when He says "or a full refund" he means the 5 years of membership?

Wow I'm really sorry to hear this
Were you logged in and playing via a computer/web or using a mobile device?
If it was via web using a computer, was it using wifi ?
How do you file a ticket? Everything I stated is exactly true as I have said. In response to Tony H., if this guy can hack the system and change moves around then anyone else will be able to do it. The last several moves shown are bogus. I wasn't in analysis mode. The clocks were running. There was no white pawn shown on c4. My queen was on g5. My opponent didn't make a move for 8-10 minutes making me think he had abandoned the game. His last move was Q e1-e3 and I replied Q g5-g2 mate. The moves shown on "official" version never happened. If you think that anyone would make no attempt a defending what is shown from this version I.e. white Q e3-g3 with non-sensical pawn moves a5, a4 then think again. They never happened. The reason I am making such a fuss about this is not the result about this one game (I probably lost ten times yesterday with no excuses - I just got beat!) but the fact that someone has hacked the system and can change the results of moves and games. I mentioned my opponents name because he is only person who could benefit from this and must be the person responsible. I only reactivated my membership less than two weeks ago to Diamond status. But if this kind of problem is not fixed and becomes widespread then the whole site becomes corrupted.

This is why I stopped playing live via mobile... I took a picture where only I had pieces on the board!
To Kohai: I was playing on an iPad using a wi-fi connection directly over the Internet. Not through Facebook.
DeepGreene
Weird. Were you playing via our iOS app, or through the Safari web-browser on your iPad?
Either way, I can assure you that something became un-sync'ed and that it's a technical glitch, not hacker-cheater scenario.
To Tony H and Kco: moves shown in this bogus version are erroneous starting with move 17. c2-c4. The pawn supposedly on c4 did not show up on the board and when I noticed that my clock was running I moved my Q to g5 threatening Q x g2 and mate. For 8-10 minutes time just continued to run off my opponents clock. I considered his likely defensive possibilities such a Q f1 or g3. My follow up move would have been R e8. If he brought his rook to e1 then RxR, QxR, QxP on g3 and mate. Instead he opted for Q e1-e3 which didn't prevent checkmate. Even after I took the pawn on g2 the clock just kept running, so I moved Q-h1 mate but my clock still was running. By this time it became apparent to me that although my opponent was not making any moves my clock still kept running so I moved the R to e6, then g6 then R x K, the my R x R, then pawns, bishop and everything else on the board. Finally all my opponents material magically appeared back on the board showing him checkmating me with and showing a move record that is totally false from move 17 onward. I ask those of you reading this post to explain how all of this was possible.
To Deep Green: I was playing on the iOS app. If the problem was with synching then how do you explain the pawn moves I never made i.e. a5, a4. The only reason they could have appeared is to give my opponent time to get his pieces into position. I would really appreciate if the staff would send all my postings to those responsible on Chess.com.
To htDavidht: How do you file a tikit? I'm using a iPad with the iOS app. Thank you for any assistance.
Don't worry about a ticket, urmove; I've created one already.
We're going to have developers on both the Live Chess and iPhone projects look at that game to see if we can figure out what went wrong.
To Deep Green: Much appreciated. I'll assist them in any way I can. I like this site very much but this incident threatens to corrupt the whole system if it was not fixed.
Any way, if someone else have the question on how to make a tiket. There is a link at the very bottom of the page that says "Help & Support", there you can find a link to "contact support" that is the tiket page. This is the direct link to the tiket page:

urmove, take it as a complement they need to cheat to win to you.
I wish someday someone have to spend hours of programing and stuff just to take some 10 points from me.
I know it's ridiculous but I was wondering just how common is this problem? I've been on this site for only
three weeks so I have no way of knowing. But everything happened as I said unless there are people here living in parallel universes. How can you explain the fact that my clock kept running after checkmating my opponent or that moves show on the record that I didn't make or that I was able to make consecutive moves without any moves being shown on the board by my opponent or that I was able to take all of my opponents material including his King and then my opponents pieces magically reapper after being invisible or after being taken. I don't have an explanation but is this normal?
