Marking spam mail as regular mail?

    Hi,

    I'm trying to unmark an email address that gets sent to the spam mail but I'm not finding out how to do this. I added the mail as a contact but the email wasn't moved from the spam folder. I did check the help guide which said that I could refer to a mail filter option but I am not see that anywhere in the settings. Anyone have a solution to this problem?
