Which LG phone model is it? If it is pure touch screen it is not possible, but if not you could just get the mobile app for chess.com..

the iphone app works great! Sorry, that is probably no help to this thread though... Have you contacted the site support? They are generally pretty good and will get back to you in a day or so.
