I'm sorry for the delay, this should have been handled for you much sooner. We migrated our entire support system from one company to another un an upgrade, in the process the Send button broke. We are trying very hard to get that fixed for people. It seems to mainly be broken for Chrome users though. Is it still broken for you if you use Chrome or any other browser?
With regards the refund, I have now done this for you and your account has been returned to basic level membership. Please allow between 7-10 working days for the refund to appear back on your card/bank statement
(Possibly sooner, depending on how quickly your bank processes the transaction).

However when I click the send button, nothing happens, tried firefox and chrome. This does not leave a good impression of your services tbh.
