i now have restricted play and several bans for being "uncourteous" and the support team contact link will not forward my message how do i get my bans lifted?

I assume it is live chess? Well, if you didn't do your first move in some seconds (It said 15 - 20s), the game will be automatically aborted.

It will remove your ban automatically after you play fairly. 

i know that however, i never get the chance to wait 20 sec. for it to abort my games as my computer aborts my live chess games before the clock even starts

my computer also sometimes aborts my games after i make the first move, its a technical problem w/ the computer but it's so hard to get to contact the support team!

As OfficerOinker pointed out, try using Google Chrome because it sounds like you aren't loading the game fast enough.  Chrome should help with that.
