my queen moved to the qrong squar!

I played a game (agins armiller) and moved my queen to d3, when I came back my queen desepeard and the movelist say I moved it to g4...

hoc could that heppend?

those squares are preety far away and I'm using submit botton... It can't be that...

If you have a cheap optical mouse, it could be the mouse cursor moved to g4 just before you released the button, due to a piece of dirt or whatever on your table. I once had that, luckily I noticed before I clicked submit.
