I played a game (agins armiller) and moved my queen to d3, when I came back my queen desepeard and the movelist say I moved it to g4...

Live chess is still beta, and there are still problems. Last week my queen just dissappeared off of my board after I moved it to checkmate my opponent. Your problem could just be a glitch.
Luckily for me, my opponent was kind enough to realize I had checkmate, and resigned out of fairness.

If you have a cheap optical mouse, it could be the mouse cursor moved to g4 just before you released the button, due to a piece of dirt or whatever on your table. I once had that, luckily I noticed before I clicked submit.
