From what I just learned recently, we can Not close our own topics we started.  We can delete our own comments, but not others.  Of course, we can start our own topics under the correct forum. I believe that is the way it goes. :)

If there is someone who refuses to remove their comments, (if it is your thread and legitimate complaint), I would contact the staff here and ask for help. 

I was going to say that it happens and you should just learn to deal with minor inconveniences in your life, but it looks like you're the one who is being a [redacted] in the linked thread.

You can always block the people who are causing the disturbance. Then they won't be able to make any new posts in your thread.

Basically, you were bragging about winning a silly game and this guy is making a joke of it. You got angry and are bugging the mods about it to save your precious ego. Move on instead of whining about it.

Usually getting a thicker skin is the best solution.
