hi guys i currently play in tournaments and this problem looses winning postions for me and that problem is blitz or quick chess what will happen is that ill have a 2 hour time limit and once i get down to say 15 minutes my opponent has like an hour left  and even if i have a winning postion i will still loose alot like this my uscf rating is 1400 and when i run low on time im more like a 1100 is there any way i can improve my quick play other then getting used to quick settings?

Since you're in the United States I assume these are USCF-rated events. Are you using a delay clock so you always have at least 5 seconds / move?
