From what you told me, I think you want the sounds when you play? But if you dont want it, you will have to do the same thing anyway.
- go onto live chess
- next to the graph, there will be gray text that say "graph options" locate that first
- click on it:3
- near the top, click on "style"
- then you will find the sound option
- you can then enable or disable it according to what you want

What I've tried:
Clearing browser cache, messing about with audio settings, mixers and so on.
