As of several days ago, on the Firefox browser, none of the chess pieces show up in any of my Online Chess games or when I view completed Live Chess games. I wish I could include an image here--I just get an empty board.

When I use Safari browser (I am on a PC), all pieces show up correctly in all games, including for Online Chess. Also, all of the pieces in a current Live Chess game do show up in either browser.

Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

try to clear the cache

Try using "Control F5" to do a hard refresh on the website. Also, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling the Firefox web browser to see if this will fix the issue.

Thanks, folks. I should have said that I did try clearing the cache, and I have refreshed many times, as well as restarting my computer. Those did not work, and I tried them days ago.

This morning the problem was suddenly gone. Well... good!
