There is no sound when my opponent's move their pieces in live chess suddenly. This issue literally happened out of the blue one day. I have changed nothing on my computer at all.
The thing is, it is only with the "Real 3D" chess pieces on the live server. Any other chess piece style works fine, and "Real 3D" in tactics trainer and chess mentor works fine (no sound issues).
I tried to send a ticket to support, but it won't let me. So I will continue to post this issue here until it is resolved.
