no sound

before opening new thread, I searched with "sound" in all froms inside and read all of them unfortunally I ca not find any answer solution at all. 

in my home pc is OK. but after pc format opening chess.com NO SOUND on server after logiın check all thing in the site everyting is OK check browser IE and Chrome but both of the are same. NO SOUND . Check internet explorer and chrome options check javascripy java flash etc. but No Sound . is that chess.com site problem ? (probably not because my home pc is working weel with sound ) any help please ? sorry open again same subject threat !

I want to make clear . I read my thread . I did not format my home pc. in my home pc chess.com is working with sound normally. but my work pc chess.com is working with NO SOUND !

I have solved the problem myself ! How ?

 I opened and went to (IE) -under internet options ;

1-general- delete browsing history on exit -CHECK and APPLY

2-advanced - Rest internet explorer settings -RESET + APPLY

OK...here is solution (for xp but I think it's similar in other windows):

Open Your Control Panel.

Open the Internet Options 

Double click on "Internet Options" to open that section of the Control Panel. 

Select the "Advanced" Tab 

Scroll Down to Multimedia 

Deselect the Play Sounds Option.

Apply

Open again

Option called "Play Sounds in Webpages" appears.

Select it...Apply
