I'm not a MAC user so all I can suggest is contacting the staff directly via Help & Support at the bottom of the page.
You do have sound working in other apps?

Hi - can anyone help. I have enabled 'sounds' in settings, but no sound. I am using a mac. Problem seems to have started after installing snow leopard.
Would really appreciate some assistance on this. Thank you.
