I have already registered my email ie vkyangad@yahoo.com but i don't get any message of my games on what i should do.I have informed chess.com several times but nothing has been done ticket no are 88060,9-2-2009  Ticket no 88296 11-2-2009, Ticket no 89849 23-2-2009

Have you checked your spam folder? It is possible that maybe the alert emails were caught in your spam folder. You should make sure you have "alert@chess.com" set as an approved sender in your email. Also, while you are logged into the website you should get alert boxes rather than email alerts to cut down on the emails that we must send out.
