Hey, I was wondering how do get an offical FIDE rating?

Play in FIDE tournaments and perform at the 1800+ level to get rated. Your "Live Chess" rating is only 1250, so you would need to be a bit stronger first. FIDE-rated events in the US tend to be the huge tournaments, like the World Open.

If you live and mostly plan to play in the United States, a USCF rating is probably more useful. Most local tournaments will be USCF rated.  :)

ooooo i was getting them confused so how do i get a USCF rating?

Pay the annual USCF membership fee ($29) and play one USCF-rated game.  :)

Your initial rating will be provisional (not very accurate, you're ineligible for some prizes). After 25 games your rating will be established (accurate).
