I'm playing a few games in a tournament right now and a few hours ago, i made my move on one of those games and didn't see my opponent's rook on the board, causing me to blunder MY rook for a pawn. I'm certain the rook wasn't on the board when i was looking. I've just realised that when I looked at the position right now. I'm completely devastated! Can anything helpful be done?

I made my move via safari on an iphone (NOT the chess.com app). Help? Please?

I'm like almost certain that my opponent's going to take my rook next move. I dunno how i'm actually suppose to prove to you that I didn’t see the rook on the board. Please help! It was a really nice position for me, but now I’ve totally stuffed it all up because of that problem L
