billgill0 is having problems with the view on his games.

He tells me that he can see the board but not the pieces and that he is not able to send messages.

Has anyone else come across this please and does anyone know what can be done to get things back to normal.

try using a different browser. google chrome is good

A different browser would most likely work either google chrome or Firefox. If it's Internet Explorer Bills using try either updating it or clearing the cookies and temporary files. You can google for instructions on how, haven't used IE for a while but I think you for the tools tab at the top of the IE screen then look for options.
