i never participate in vote chess, but since tomorrow anand is here, I want to know the rules:
are we allowed to use our opening books?
you can use whatever you want in vote chess
Not true. You can't use a chess engine.
I just found a useful link in another thread: http://www.chess.com/article/view/site-playing-rules-a-guide-for-the-perplexed
what means opening book? by the way you cant use engine in vote chess??? who said that ?????
"you can use whatever you want in vote chess"
- it wrong - you can not use chess engine & table bases
"opening book" - means a books (on paper or scanned) about openings
I know you can't use an engine lol!
Thanks for the link Sunshiny
I imagine vote chess caries the same rules as CC.>Opening books and databases allowed>Engines NOT allowed.>Tabebases NOT allowed.
in game 1 anand vs world here in chess.com i anlyze by houdini it shows 99% of the world moves are engine moves and how about game 2 ? we will see
