I'm trying to upgrade my account with paypal. I do not own a credit card. But when going to make the payment it will not allow the transaction without me entering credit card info. I have on PayPal prepared the money, but I can't pay :-(

I once had a problem with Pay Pal I spent quite abit of time trying to fix by way of their website. I kept going in circles. Finally I called them and the problem was fixed within a few minutes.
