I have found computer screen to be convinient way to analyse games as it is done on CHESS.COM/Online Chess avaliable during the game. Is there avaliable such a software for PC, where I can place pieces as I wont and then analyse game or position, etc. Online Chess arrangement would be perfect if one can place pieces at will.

Try ChessBase Light or Arena. Both are free.
