What happened to the "Get PGN" feature?  Is that now only for paying members, as it wasn't before?  It's a really essential feature for me.

I guess they have removed it. Probably to reduce cheating...

It's coming back - hopefully in the near future.  Check post #115 here for proof and/or background. 

They only removed until AFTER you finish a game from what I can tell. i also use this feature for every game I play. i hope they don't remove it.
