I assume you're referring to the default image of Mr. Grey with the words "No Photo" printed on it.
1. Re-size the photo you wish to use (100x100 for best results).2. Save it where you can find it easily (desktop).3. Log in (you have to be logged in) and go to "My Home".4. Click on "change my picture" below Mr. Grey.5. Click the "Browse" button at the top of the following screen.6. Select your image from the desktop.7. Click "Open".8. Scroll down and click "Save changes".
