A friend has just got back to me and she tried it on her computer and has the same problem so it must be a problem with the code on Chess.com

Have you ever heard of someone making their piece invisible? For the end game, I think [Name removed- Moderator] made the king invisible so that I did not know where it was. It just disappeared but the game clock for me began running. It was actually really cool that he could do it, but I lost. I tried to get a screen shot but it was on my ipad and I could not get my camera out fast enough. The king kept moving, taking my pieces. In the review, the king appears, but on the ipad it was not visible. I don't really care if someone needs to cheat to win an online game of chess with me.  Actually, it is pathetic since I usually loose anyway. But I think it was intentional given it was the end game and the last 15 seconds and I was about to checkmate him.

But you might if it is a master game and they are able to do this.

Why are these cheaters allowed to do this? I know is cheating because it only happens when I'm about to win. All the rules are thrown out the window and the time clock just keeps ticking against you while the cheater get a +5 after all his illegal moves so that his clock never runs out. It also disables chat so you can't even say anything to the cheater. Please eliminate this annoying glitch.

It only happens to me on the mobile versions of the chess.com website. My iPad and iPhone both had this issue. It never has happened to me on a PC. I think it is a glitch in the mobile apps.
